Traditional Polish soup, perfect for cold months. Cooked on pork stock and rye starter. Served with kielbasa and boiled egg (egg not included in meal box).

Packaging :

- Soup packed in vacuum or jar
- 1 Litre of Żurek
- 100g of in house smoked Kielbasa

Heating instructions :

- Slice kielbasa in to small pieces

- Hard boil egg, peal and cut in half

- Place żurek in pan, bring to oil steering, then add add kielbasa and simmer for 3-6 minutes

- Place in the bowl, add hard boil egg on top

Serve with sourdough bread and butter

Storage :

- Store in refrigerator for up to three days from delivery
- Product is freeze able
