Cooking instructions.

 

  1. Once fully defrosted bake within at least 24 hours
  2. Pat dry any liquid moisture prior baking with clean food safe cloth
  3. Pre - heat your oven to 210C or 190C fan oven
  4. Place yoour wellington on baking tray, dont forget sheet of baking paper
  5. Bake for 40mins for Medium rare
  6. Bake 50mins for Medium / Medium well
  7. Rest for 10 mins on tray, avoid direct contact with table surface

 

Serve with mash and gravy.
